We are looking for a competent Management Executive Assistant to provide secretarial support in marketing and managing admin tasks. Your boss will be a busy person, so the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions is strongly desirable. As the Management Executive Assistant, you will be expected to work skilfully with other team members. So, team work skills are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Setting business meeting agendas, sending emails, reviewing incoming emails, following up with
clients, responding with agility to investors, noting action points with speed, accepting visitors, and
assisting in set up the boss’ daily scheduleSupport marketing and investor service activities, including preparation of analytical reports,
bench-marking, presentations, et alLiaise with other company staff and clients
Maintaining documents and ensuring safekeeping of meeting records
Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, events, etc
Managing office administration, meetings in office
Skills/Qualifications
Proficiency in English (verbal & written) and use of AI
Proven experience as an management executive assistant or in secretarial position
Reliable self-starter who has worked for a small office/team
Excellent knowledge/speed in MS Office: word, PPT (assist with marketing presentations) and
editing, excel
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily assignments/workload
Ability to maintain discretion/confidentiality with effective interpersonal skills
Professional, elegant and polished personal appearance a must
Professional experience with book keeping/data entry
