3-months Internship Programme

Applications are now open for the Silverdale Internship Programme 2025 (Investor Relations), with rolling admissions. This unique opportunity will immerse you in the fast-paced environment of a renowned Singapore-based fixed income fund house. Over the course of three months, you will gain critical skills to think like a money manager and work on product management, business development, and investor relations. You will learn from seasoned professionals and actively participate in real-life investor-focused activies.

Our investor relations team is recognised for its exceptional service in addressing investor queries, providing monthly commentaries, detailed fact-sheets, conducting Global Investor Calls, winning investor mandates, collaborating with leading banks and distributors, etc

We welcome applications from penultimate year students residing in Singapore perusing bachelor’s or master’s degree. In addition to exceptional integrity, intellectual curiosity, and appetite for challenge, you’ll need to have or be on course of achieving GPA of 4.0/5.0 (or equivalent) in your studies. On successful completion of the internship program, you may be offered to join the Silverdale Graduate Programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of investment decks and investor reports, including pitch books
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the fund performance and elucidating it to investors
• Supporting firm's media and digital strategy
• Assisting in managing investor education program and addressing investor inquiries
• Debrief on market updates and conduct competition analysis
• Generating leads for new business development
• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to investors, including institutions, family offices, and distributors

JOB DESCRIPTION

Skills/Qualifications

• Expected GPA of 4.0/5.0 or equivalent
• Penultimate student
• Currently pursuing and MBA, a post-graduate degree in Wealth Management/Finance or in final year of undergraduate studies, and residing in Singapore
• Excellent networking, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adaptable to tight deadlines and real-world uncertainties
• Fkuency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Preference shall be given to Singaporean and Permanent Residents

Programme Duration

• Min. 3-months internship
• Possibilitiy of extension with minimum attendance 3 days per week; we would be flexible to accomodate your academic commitments
• Exceptional performance may lead to a full-time job offer
