Deepika Guglani is Director and COO of Silverdale Capital responsible for operational strategy and provides oversight on all operational functions including accounting, internal control, and human resources.

She began her professional career with J Walter Thompsons (part of JWT, world’s largest integrated communications company) managing several marquee brands such as Nestle, Punjab Tractors, HMT and Dabur.

Not satisfied with curating brands, she joined investment boutique Saksham Group, where she spearheaded the Group’s diversification in to wealth products distribution. In less than 18 months, she catapulted the firm to become amongst the Top 3 distributors of mutual funds and insurance products in India.

In 2005, she moved to London as Director and Chief Compliance Officer of Silverdale Services, UK. Her firm was consistently ranked amongst the Top 3 by Bloomberg, Reuters, Dealogic, etc. for maximum number of Indian convertible bonds (FCCB) and international equity  issuances.

In 2008, she moved to Singapore to establish Silverdale Singapore. She took over as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

By qualification, Deepika is an Economics Honours Graduate with an MBA from IRMA (one of the Top 10 management schools in India) with specialisation in Marketing. Additionally, she holds several specialist diplomas in compliance including the prestigious Compliance in Fund Management diploma from International Compliance Association (ICA).
