Aseem Arora is the President of Silverdale Capital leading the overall business strategy and development activities. He has over 30 years of rich leadership experience in private banking & asset management with Merrill Lynch, Citibank, Bank of Singapore, and Silverdale Capital.

As Managing Director and Head of Strategic Initiatives & New Markets, at Bank of Singapore Private Bank, he was responsible for strategy and execution of new business initiatives, opening new country markets, establishing the business in UK, and developing the External Asset Manager (EAM) and Family Office businesses.

As the Managing Director & Global Head of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, based in Singapore, he strategically built and profitably led a global private banking business with a team of over 150 professionals based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, London, Geneva, New York and Los Angeles.

As the Asia Pacific Area Director for Citibank NA, Wealth Management, Aseem built and managed a highly profitable wealth management regional business with teams based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Manila, Sydney and Melbourne.

Aseem holds a MBA degree from Heriot Watt University, Scotland. He also holds certificate in Investment and Private Banking from Hong Kong University.
